Year 11 pupils receive specialist careers advice from the local careers service as well as taking part in work experience after their GCSE examinations.

At 16+ all pupils move to local colleges or sixth forms in the private or maintained sector, many of which make presentations to year 11. The majority will then pursue degree courses at university.
