Meoncross pupils get stuck into Great British Spring Clean Up

School Council members from the Lower and Upper Schools were accompanied by Sixth Formers, staff and our Chilean visitors, to Stubbington Green to take part in the Great British Spring Clean Up.

Fareham Council handed out gloves and bags and designated the pupils tasks that included picking up litter, raking wild flower beds and planting spring flowers.

Meoncross donated delicious cookies to everyone participating and the spirit was one of happy community and ‘Dunkirk’ as everyone mucked in to get the job done.
