Meoncross Nursery is open for 48 weeks of the year; during term time from 7.30am until 6pm, Monday to Friday and during holiday periods from 8am until 5pm.

Children can attend any combination of core sessions, combined with any combination of before and after school care and lunch.

In addition we offer a FREE PLAY Early Years Foundation Stage session Monday to Friday between 3pm – 6pm. This session does not provide any enhanced specialist teaching and is only available to those children claiming their fifteen free hours who are not attending at any other times of the day. Children who attend the FREE PLAY Early Years Foundation Stage session are not subject to any additional charges, deposits or fees.
Seahorses – we advise a minimum of three core sessions, to enable them to settle and take full advantage of the nursery curriculum.
Starfish – we advise a minimum of six core sessions a week, in preparation for full time school in the following September.
Three and four year olds can claim their 15 funded hours at Meoncross from the term after their third birthday. Hours in addition to the 15 funded hours are charged at the advertised rate.
Early Years funding can be claimed against all the hours the Nursery is open, from 7.30am – 6pm.
The am and pm core sessions include Ballet, French, Music, PE and Beach School taught by qualified teachers/specialist staff. There is an enhanced provision charge of £2.40 for every funded hour claimed by children eligible for the EYE Grant during these core sessions.
We accept a wide range of childcare vouchers which can be used to pay for any nursery sessions.
Nursery children are not eligible for sibling and other discounts.
