Tuition Fees
We provide a straightforward fee structure with additional opportunities available for pupils applying for scholarships through our annual Scholarship Programme.
All pupils in Year 3 and above also receive a 1:1 school device and this is included in the fees below.
Although we charge fees termly there is an option to pay monthly via direct debit with School Fee Plan.

Healthy lunches everyday
Freshly prepared each and every day, our tasty and nutritious meals are made from scratch, on our school site by The Kitchen @ Meoncross Team.
Upper School has the option to either bring in a packed lunch or purchase fantastic homemade lunch choices from The Kitchen @ Meoncross. Pupils pay for Upper School lunches via a lunch card, with parents topping up the balance on the Cognita Connect App.
Nursery fees
Meoncross Nursery is open for 38 weeks of the year; during term time from 8.45am until 3.45pm. The 38 weeks consist of the standard 36 weeks of term time, plus the first week of Summer Holiday and the first week of the Christmas Holiday. *Nursery core sessions include, French, Ballet, Music, PE, Drama and Beach School taught by qualified teachers/specialist staff. There is an enhanced provision charge of £3.37 for every funded hour claimed by children eligible for the EYE Grant during these core sessions.

Important information
Children are required to attend a minimum of THREE core sessions per week in Seahorses to enable them to settle and take full advantage of the fantastic nursery curriculum, and a minimum of SIX core sessions in Starfish, in preparation for full time school in September.
Three and four year olds can claim their 15 funded hours at Meoncross from the term after their third birthday.
Hours in addition to the 15 funded hours are charged at the advertised rate. Unfortunately, we do not offer 30 funded hours.
Early Years funding can be claimed against all the hours the Nursery is open, from 8.45am – 3.45pm.

Key information about payments
Fees are due in full by direct debit on or before the first day of each term
In our Nursery setting, where eligible, the Early Years funding from Hampshire County Council will be applied against your termly fees
Any discount, if applied, is calculated in relation to net fees, after the deduction of lunch charges.
Payments may be made by the School Fee Plan (SFP)
Late payment of fees will accrue a surcharge calculated at 1.5% per month from the first day of term

International pupil fees
International students are those with nationalities other than UK or Irish who are subject to immigration control.
International pupils key information:
To secure a place, a deposit equal to one term’s fee is required. This is refundable when your child leaves school, providing appropriate notice has been given and all fees have been settled.
Pupils who need support with English as an Additional Language prior to enrolment and/or during the first year of their studies may be referred to Cognita’s English language school, Ardmore. Ardmore have over 35 years’ experience supporting young English learners and have recently developed an online platform – Ardmore X – to support teacher-led and independent study. Ardmore can support international pupils prepare for life at school in the UK in the weeks and months prior to the start of term. They can also support pupils throughout their first few terms with us, scheduling online English lessons outside of the standard school day.
